Children Injured at School
If your child suffered an injury at school or during a sport activity and you believe that the teachers and/or headmaster were remiss in their duty in loco parentis to monitor and ensure the safety of your child, as dictated by the South African Schools Act, you may have a claim for damages against the school governing body and/or MEC for Education.
